Rates
Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, but may be payable in euros, if desired. The currency conversion will be calculated at the time of the reservation. We understand that our guests may prefer a shorter or longer stay than one week. Please contact us for a rate quote.

• Consult the "Availability Calendar" below.
• Submit the "Online Reservation Request," send your request by email, or call us at (301)942-0955 or (301)633-2030 (before 11:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time) to confirm the apartment's availability and to register your request. Generally, we will be able to advise you of availability immediately.
• If you choose to confirm your reservation immediately, you may pay your 50% reservation deposit by VISA or MasterCard. We will then email or fax you a personalized "Rental Agreement," a signed copy of which should be returned to us as quickly as possible. A "Sample Rental Agreement" is available for your review online.
• If you prefer to pay your 50% reservation deposit by check, money order or wire transfer, you should return the "Rental Agreement" along with your payment.
• Please note that no reservation is considered definitely confirmed until we have received both the reservation deposit and the signed "Rental Agreement."
• The balance of the rental fee, the security deposit and payment for any additional services is due no later than 45 days before your reserved arrival date.
• You will receive the keys at the time of arrival.
• For the comfort of all our guests, please note that our apartment is strictly a no-smoking space.
