RESERVATION Policies

  • Rental rates are quoted and payable only in U.S. dollars.
  • A deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of reservation.
  • The rental balance and a $150 cleaning fee are due six weeks before arrival.
  • A refundable security deposit of $400 is due one week before arrival.
  • Rent and cleaning charges may be paid by check, wire transfer, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA.  Security deposits are by credit card only.
  • The minimum rental period is five nights.  Rental periods may begin or end on any day of the week.  Shorter periods can sometimes be accommodated if the dates fall during an empty period.
  • Children are welcome.  For safety reasons, children under 3 years of age are required to sleep in a playpen, which is available for a fee of $50.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all spaces, including the (even on the balcony).
  • We are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.​

After receiving your request, we'll call within 24 hours to answer questions and collect payment information.  Then, we'll email you a customized rental agreement.
