I'm especially glad that we are staying in the 17th. Although we have been to Paris several times before, I think this is the first time I feel we are actually staying in Paris! Dale & Jeanne (Burlinton, VT, USA)
Thank you to our generous hosts for letting us stay in their beautiful apartment. A wonderful neighborhood where the neighbors are friendly and helpful. We discovered the beautiful sites of Paris by walking everywhere. Your apartment is so central to everything. we love the decor. You have amazing taste. We hope to come back very soon. Thank you so much for the spacious apartment in paris. Batignolles is a wonderful neighborhood and I felt so safe here. The apartment is so well thought out and with every convenience. The personal greeting at check-in was a perfect start. This was my first trip to Paris and it was always a joy to return to "my home away from home" at the end of each day. This is our second visit to this apartment and we have just loved it! It has been so relaxing.
Of course, you are probably wondering what the apartment was life. I can sum it up this way by my friend who stayed with me. He said, "In all my years of travel and apartment rentals, this is by far the nicest place I have ever stayed." The apartment has all of the modern conveniences one would need, and it is very nicely furnished and quite comfortable. It was a lot of fun to be in a local neighborhood and away from all the tourists--to enjoy local cuisine as the everyday French do.
The owners are extremely well organized as was evident by the binder left in the apartment which was very comprehensive--emergency telephone numbers, how to operate all the appliances and the entertainment center, restaurant recommendations, taxi service, etc.--all of which is laid out in an easy to read format. Bravo to the owners and manager for making our stay as pleasant as could be. I know that when I return to Paris, I will definitely want to rent this apartment again.

This was my fifth time to Paris and first time renting an apartment. The apartment was perfect. The location in the 17th Arrondissement was close to all amenities, especially the wine bar around corner! Our concierge was very kind and helpful and was available to us at any time. I would recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for an adventurous romantic getaway. My husband and I plan to stay here again in the future.

This well-appointed, spacious apartment was far better than a hotel! The owners provided meticulous information on everything from places to eat and shop to transportation and points of interest throughout Paris. The neighborhood was charming, and after a couple of days, we totally felt orient to the area, and access to trains was a snap! We look forward to future stays. Loved it!
Overall we were especially pleased with how well the apartment was appointed and kept clean. Since I like to cook, I found the kitchen tools, pans, dishes, etc. especially upscale for a rental. We loved being out of the touristy areas, but close enough to walk if we wanted. The apartment guide prepared by the owners is the best I've ever seen--a work of art for info!

My son had a week's work experience on the outskirts of Paris and my daughter and I spent our time sightseeing in the immediate neighbourhood, across Paris, Versailles and even a day in Deauville. The apartment was ideal for all of us. Very easy to get anywhere and also very safe--down the road from the police station. It is in a very interesting neighbourhood with plenty of cafes, restaurants and good food shops which made daily errands great fun. But it's away from the main tourist drag which allows a break. Having said that, a stroll takes you to the Champs-Elysées, the Musée Jacquemart-André and Sacre Coeur. Getting to Versailles was easy, too.
After busy days, the apartment was a fantastic retreat. The decor and furnishings are tasteful and "special" which adds to the experience. Combined with this is a well-equipped kitchen. Everything is of a high quality and operating instructions are clear and easy to follow. The WiFi worked brilliantly. The weather was very hot, but the big doors onto the balcony were fantastic and the thick walls and high ceilings meant the apartment never got too hot. Beds are all comfy and the sofa bed is so easy that in seconds the room is transformed back into a sitting room. Linen is high quality and there are plenty of towels. Great, too, that the essentials are in the flat. It was a great find and a real treat to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment!! We had two adults and two children in our group, and there was enough room for all of us to feel comfortable and at home! The apartment was spotless, has great furnishings, and is located very centrally (but still felt very safe and relatively quiet). It is located only a few blocks from the Métro, so we were able to easily get wherever we wanted to go rather quickly. There were also many nice restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood...I miss the bread and croissants already! The owner was very easy to work with and accommodating to our requests and questions. This is a great apartment and that went along way to making our experience in Paris a wonderful one!!!

We stayed in the apartment and loved it so much that we must confess to perusing the neighborhood real estate offices and fantasizing about having our own place just like it! The apartment is gorgeous, just like in the photos, but more so. Lovely antiques, linens, a well-stocked kitchen, a laptop, spacious closets, and a fantastic walk-in shower. We loved the charming balcony and spent time on it each morning. The apartment feels very spacious, with windows that open on three of its four sides, so there is a wonderful cross breeze. The apartment was immaculate and really felt like a private inn or first-class B&B.
The owners responded very promptly and professionally and had written an amazingly thorough welcome book that is really a bona fide travel guide to Paris, the neighborhood, and the apartment. We should have looked at it more thoroughly before arriving, because it is really worthwhile.
Lastly, the location cannot be beat. Batignolles has the feel of a real Paris neighborhood and is filled with some of the best cheese, wine and pastry shops. It doesn't feel touristy at all, but it is happening. On Saturday night, families were out and there was a concert at the church. The park is lovely. We were concerned about being a metro away from much of what we wanted to see, but it's actually perfect--you're a short walk away from three metro stations and it's only 10 minutes to most places. Okay, enough gushing. This is a find!

The apartment was gorgeous, very large and in a good neighborhood. The pictures provided don't do the property justice. There isn't anything we needed that wasn't provided. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and quiet. It was a good neighborhood with everything we needed nearby and convenient to the subway/tram system.
